CEKOL ZW-05

ELASTIC FROST AND WATER RESISTANT EVENING-UP PLASTER WITH INCREASED BASE ADHERENCE

FEATURES:
CEKOL ZW-05 is used for patching defective surfaces and evening up walls and floors. Using CEKOL ZW-05 as a base reduces consumption of adhesive plasters and self-levelling floors in the repair and finishing work.

PROPERTIES:
CEKOL ZW-05 is a factory made dry mixture of cement, mineral fillers and modifying additives. CEKOL ZW-05 is a frost and water resistant plaster for use inside and outside buildings. CEKOL ZW-05 is an efficient, easy to use and absolutely harmless product. Due to the use of special adherence increasing additives, CEKOL ZW-05 is particularly recommended for repairs of balconies, walls and ceilings.

BASE PREPARATION:
The base should be clean, compact, carrying and free of grease. Paints, loose sand and plaster particles and layers not bound with the base must be removed. Prime the absorbable bases with the CEKOL DL-80 priming emulsion. The CEKOL ZW-05 plaster is used on the brick, cement concrete, lime-cement concrete or gas concrete bases. In the case of an old, hard to repair concrete, it may be used together with the CEKOL T-60-A bonding plaster (CEKOL T-60-A should be used in accordance with the respective instruction).

APPLICATION:
Pour the package contents to cold water in the proportion of 0.14 to 0.18 liter of water for 1 kg of dry powder and mix thouroughly, best with a bucket mixer. Mix is ready for use immediately after mixing and maintains its properties for 2 hours. If the mixture thickens, mix it thoroughly again without adding water. Apply the mix to the prepared primed base with a trowel or a smooth steel float. The mix may be applied in an up to 2 cm thick layer at a time. Fresh mix requires curing typical of cement plasters.
