USE:

CEKOL ZMC-62 is a masonry mortar used for construction of load-bearing and partition walls, front walls and fences as well as for every bricklaying work outside and inside buildings, with the use of gas concrete and silicate blocks and ceramic elements by the thin-layer glueing method.

PROPERTIES:

CEKOL ZMC-62 is a factory made dry mixture of cement, mineral fillers and modifying additives. Using the mortar for the thin-layer glueing method minimizes the heat leakage bridges. The mortar is easy to use and has an optimum strength. CEKOL ZMC-62 is available in the white and grey colours.

BASE PREPARATION:

The base should be clean, compact and carrying, free of grease, dust and dirt.

APPLICATION:

Pour CEKOL ZMC-62 to water in the proportion of 0.18 to 0.22 liter of water for 1 kg of dry powder and mix thoroughly with mechanical mixer until a uniform mix is obtained. Wait 3 to 5 minutes and mix thoroughly again. Apply CEKOL ZMC-62 manually with a toothed float or other tool and pay attention to exact filling of the joints.
