CEKOL ZML-61

LIGHT MASONRY MORTAR

USE:

CEKOL ZML-61 is a masonry mortar of high thermo-insulating qualities, preventing heat leakage bridges from existence. CEKOL ZML-61 is used for building external walls from cellular concrete, ceramsit concrete, ceramic blocks and other elements.

PROPERTIES:

CEKOL ZML-61 is a factory made dry mixture of cement, mineral fillers, modifying additives and light aggregate. The use of light aggregate makes the thermo-insulating properties of the mortar much better than those of an ordinary cement-lime mortar. This eliminates the heat leakage bridges in joints. The heating energy economy is thus improved. CEKOL ZM-01 is easy to use and economic and has good base adherence.

BASE PREPARATION:

The base should be clean, compact and carrying, free of grease, dust and dirt.

APPLICATION:

Pour the package contents to cold water in the proportion of 0.40 to 0.50 liter of water for 1 kg of dry powder and mix thoroughly. Pour adequate amount of water and the whole bag contents to a concrete mixer. Mix for about 5 minutes. If the work temperature is high, wet the blocks.
