FEATURES:

CEKOL ZP-03 is used for cement floor base inside buildings. May also be used outside buildings. CEKOL ZP-03 may be used as a base for ceramic tiles, parquets, panels and PVC floors.

PROPERTIES:

CEKOL ZP-03 is a mixture of cement, properly selected aggregates and a range of modifying additives. Maximum grain size is 6 mm.

BASE PREPARATION:

The base should be clean, compact and carrying, free of adherence reducing substances (dust, bitumen, oil). Clean, dusted base should be wetted with water, weak and absorbable bases should be primed with the CEKOL DL-80 priming emulsion.

APPLICATION:

Pour the package contents to cold water in the proportion of 0.12 to 0.15 liter of water for 1 kg of dry powder and mix thoroughly with a bucket mixer or in a concrete mixer. Apply the mixture to a prepared base like a traditional cement floor. Width of the field - approx. 2 m. Level the mix layer with a rule sliding on earlier prepared field segregating guides. Smooth the surface. Pot life of the plaster is 2 hours. If the mixture thickens, mix it thoroughly again without adding water. Protect from too quick drying during setting. After the first stage of setting, make expansion joints and cure as traditional concrete.
